安裝減速機(jī)時(shí)，應(yīng)重視傳動(dòng)中心軸線對(duì)中，其誤差不得大于所用聯(lián)軸器的使用補(bǔ)償量。對(duì)中良好能延長(zhǎng)使用壽命，并獲得理想的傳動(dòng)效率.

When installing the reducer, we should pay more attention to the axis of the transmission center, and the error should not be greater than the use compensation of the couplings used. It can prolong the service life and obtain the ideal transmission efficiency for the good.

在輸出軸上安裝傳動(dòng)件時(shí)，不允許用錘子敲擊，通常利用裝配夾具和軸端的內(nèi)螺紋，用螺栓將傳動(dòng)件壓入，否則有可能造成減速機(jī)內(nèi)部零件的損壞。

When driving parts are installed on the output shaft, it is not allowed to knock with hammers. Usually use assembly jig and inner thread of shaft end to press the transmission parts into bolts with bolts, otherwise, it may cause damage to internal parts of reducer.

減速機(jī)內(nèi)部齒輪齒形修整（修緣和修根）和齒頂?shù)菇?將齒頂?shù)凝X形切削成比正確的漸開(kāi)曲線略呈凸形。當(dāng)齒輪齒面受外力產(chǎn)生變形時(shí)，可以避免對(duì)與之嚙合的齒輪產(chǎn)生干涉，并且可以降低噪音，延長(zhǎng)齒輪壽命。

The experimental study on the structural form of the reducer box shows that the cylindrical box is advantageous to vibration reduction. Under the same other conditi, the noise level of the cylindrical box is 5 dB lower than that of other types of box on average.
