混流泵
水泵的傳動方式
我廠生產(chǎn)的HW型系列混流泵均可用柴油機、電機帶動,其傳動方式視各地區(qū)動力情況而定,訂貨時根據(jù)原動機的型號(功率、轉(zhuǎn)速)確定水泵的傳動方式,以確定皮帶輪的大小或聯(lián)軸器的規(guī)格。
IV. Drive Mode of Pump
Our HW
seriel mixed-flow pump can be driven by diesel engine and motor.The drive mode
can be chosen according to the local motive power situation. When placing an
order for the pump, we should decide the drive mode of the pump according to
the prime motor type(power, rotate speed) in order to confirm the size of
pulley or coupling.

Installation base:The soil texture should be firm and solid.

During installation, keep the pump axile in horizontal p ition.
5.The end of
water inlet pipe should be immersed under water in about one meter and far away
from the end of mud in about half meter.
6.After installing the pump,calculate the
suitable suction height and head.Under the stable water level condition,
)注意事項:
1、用皮帶傳動時,兩皮帶輪必須對正且平等,否則易掉帶或出事故,傳動皮帶輪應(yīng)有防護(hù)裝置,以保證安全。
2、進(jìn)出水路的各連接法蘭盤間,應(yīng)有膠墊,以防進(jìn)氣,漏水。
3、出水管末端 能浸沉池內(nèi)或盡量靠近水面,以避免揚程損失。
4、如不用底閥,進(jìn)水管口淹沒水中時,應(yīng)用鐵絲網(wǎng)罩或竹制網(wǎng)罩以防水草等雜物進(jìn)入葉輪,影響水泵正常運轉(zhuǎn)。
混流泵
1、混流泵的工作原理
由于混流泵的葉輪形狀介于離心泵葉輪和軸流泵葉輪之間,因此,混流泵的工作原理既有離心力又有升力,靠兩者的綜合作用,水則以與軸組成一定角度流出葉輪,通過蝸殼室和管路把水提向高處。
2、混流泵的一般特點
(1)混流泵與離心泵相比,揚程較低,流量較大,與軸流泵相比,揚程較高,流量較低。適用于平原、湖區(qū)排灌。
(2)水沿混流泵的流經(jīng)方向與葉輪軸成一定角度而吸入和流出的,故又稱斜流泵。
