1、檢查地腳螺栓的堅(jiān)固情況。

2、檢查傳動皮帶松緊程度及安裝設(shè)備是否安裝妥善。

3、檢查進(jìn)、出水管是否進(jìn)氣、漏水。

4、檢查填料松緊是否適宜。

5、檢查電動機(jī)和水泵軸心線是否在同一直線上，直聯(lián)時(shí)，電動機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否符合泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向。

6、檢查泵內(nèi)有無障礙，軸是否卡住，用手轉(zhuǎn)動應(yīng)輕無雜音。

II. Preparation Before Starting

1. Check the foundation bolts if they are firm.

2. Check the degree of tightness of drive belt and check the

installation if it is suitable.

3.Check the water–in and outpipes if they are leaking water and air.

4.Check the degeree of tightness of padding if it is suitable.

    5.Check the

motor and pump axile lead if they are in the same line and check the direction

of rotation of motor if it is the same with the rotation direction of pump.

    6.Check the

pump if there are barriers , if the axile locks, there should be no noises when

turing it by hand.

水泵是輸送液體或使液體增壓的機(jī)械。它將原動機(jī)的機(jī)械能或其他外部能量傳送給液體，使液體能量增加，主要用來輸送液體包括水、油、酸堿液、乳化液、懸乳液和液態(tài)金屬等。

也可輸送液體、氣體混合物以及含懸浮固體物的液體。水泵性能的技術(shù)參數(shù)有流量、吸程、揚(yáng)程、軸功率、水功率、效率等；根據(jù)不同的工作原理可分為容積水泵、葉片泵等類型。容積泵是利用其工作室容積的變化來傳遞能量；TestRunDotestrunafterinstallationforthefollowingpurp1。葉片泵是利用回轉(zhuǎn)葉片與水的相互作用來傳遞能量，有離心泵、軸流泵和混流泵等類型。

在水泵工作過程中，泵內(nèi)流動的水受到其與流道和泵葉輪表面的摩擦以及水身粘度的影響，泵所消耗的能量主要用于抵抗水表面的流動摩擦力及渦流阻力。水在流動過程中所消耗的能量(水頭損失)就是用來克服內(nèi)摩擦力和水與設(shè)備界面的摩擦力。如果泵、葉輪表面光滑(這種表面稱為水力光滑表面)表面阻力較小。三是電動機(jī)身的原因：接法錯(cuò)誤，將△形誤接成Y形，使電動機(jī)的溫度迅速升高。消耗能量就小，在水泵過流面和葉輪上噴涂高分子復(fù)合材料，使其表面形成水力光滑表面，超光滑表面涂層表面光潔度是經(jīng)過拋光后不銹鋼的20倍，這種極光滑的表面減少了泵內(nèi)流體的分層，從而減少泵內(nèi)部紊流，降低了泵內(nèi)的容積損失和水力損失，降低了電耗
