混流泵

軸流泵的工作原理及特點

1、軸流泵的工作原理

軸流泵與離心泵的工作原理不同，它主要是利用葉輪的高速旋轉(zhuǎn)所產(chǎn)生的推力提水。軸流泵葉片旋轉(zhuǎn)時對水所產(chǎn)生的升力，可把水從下方推到上方。

軸流泵的葉片一般浸沒在被吸水源的水池中。由于葉輪高速旋轉(zhuǎn)，在葉片產(chǎn)生的升力作用下，連續(xù)不斷的將水向上推壓，使水沿出水管流出。葉輪不斷的旋轉(zhuǎn)，水也就被連續(xù)壓送到高處。

振動原因分析

水泵振動原因分析導(dǎo)致機組和泵房建筑物產(chǎn)生振動的原因較多，有些因素之間既有聯(lián)系又相互作用，概括起來主要有以下四個方面的原因。

電氣方面

潛水泵電機是機組的主要設(shè)備，電機內(nèi)部磁力不平衡和其它電氣系統(tǒng)的失調(diào)，常引起振動和噪音。若滲漏不嚴(yán)重,可在漏氣或漏水的地方涂抹水泥,或涂用瀝青油拌和的水泥漿。如異步電動機在運行中，由定轉(zhuǎn)子齒諧波磁通相互作用而產(chǎn)生的定轉(zhuǎn)子間徑向交變磁拉力，或大型同步電機在運行中，定轉(zhuǎn)子磁力中心不一致或各個方向上氣隙差超過允許偏差值等，都可能引起電機周期性振動并發(fā)出噪音。
