it is ok that the fluid can leak in drops.The temperature will be high if the

padding is too tight which cumes power.If the padding is too loose, the

fluid leaks too much, the efficiency will be lower.

在水泵工作過程中，泵內(nèi)流動的水受到其與流道和泵葉輪表面的摩擦以及水身粘度的影響，泵所消耗的能量主要用于抵抗水表面的流動摩擦力及渦流阻力。其次檢查是否是水泵自身的機械故障，常見的原因有：填料太緊或葉輪與泵體之間被雜物卡住而堵塞。水在流動過程中所消耗的能量(水頭損失)就是用來克服內(nèi)摩擦力和水與設(shè)備界面的摩擦力。如果泵、葉輪表面光滑(這種表面稱為水力光滑表面)表面阻力較小。消耗能量就小，在水泵過流面和葉輪上噴涂高分子復(fù)合材料，使其表面形成水力光滑表面，超光滑表面涂層表面光潔度是經(jīng)過拋光后不銹鋼的20倍，這種極光滑的表面減少了泵內(nèi)流體的分層，從而減少泵內(nèi)部紊流，降低了泵內(nèi)的容積損失和水力損失，降低了電耗
