軸轂聯(lián)接的方式有鍵聯(lián)接、花鍵聯(lián)接、成形聯(lián)接、脹套聯(lián)接、銷聯(lián)接、緊定螺釘聯(lián)接、過盈聯(lián)接等，有些聯(lián)接方式僅用于軸轂聯(lián)接，有些聯(lián)接方式可兼作其它聯(lián)接。鍵和花鍵是常見的軸轂聯(lián)接方式。

矩形花鍵聯(lián)接是應(yīng)用為廣泛的花鍵聯(lián)接。 應(yīng)用廣泛。如航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、汽車、燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)、機(jī)床、工程機(jī)械、拖拉機(jī)、農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械及一般機(jī)械傳動(dòng)裝置等等。漸開線花鍵的齒廓為漸開線，分度圓壓力角α有30°及45°兩種。齒頂高分別為0.5m和0.4m(m為模數(shù))。

螺旋副的間隙大，旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)費(fèi)力，使用中穩(wěn)定性差。機(jī)用虎鉗開合行程大，螺旋副的運(yùn)行長(zhǎng)度較長(zhǎng)，為保證能夠快速裝夾，（金屬加工真不錯(cuò)）機(jī)用虎鉗螺旋副的螺距較大。較大的螺距意味著較大的螺旋升角，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)單圈進(jìn)給量較大，使用時(shí)較費(fèi)力；較大的螺距需要更大的配合間隙來確保螺旋副的正常使用。

The clearance of the helix pair is large, the rotation is hard and the stability of the use is poor. The machine has large opening and closing stroke, and the operation length of the screw pair is longer. In order to ensure quick clamping, metal machining is good. Larger pitch means larger spiral angle, larger single turn feed and more laborious use. Larger pitch needs more fit clearance to ensure the normal use of screw pair.
