混流泵

（一）   用途：

HW型混流泵為臥式、單級(jí)、單吸、懸臂蝸殼式混流泵，適用于農(nóng)田排灌、工業(yè)、城鎮(zhèn)給排水及船塢、碼頭引水等。

industry, town water supply and drainage and water diversion of docks.

4、注意填料的冷卻情況，填料的的調(diào)整，不可太緊，以液體能一滴一滴漏出為準(zhǔn)，填料太緊發(fā)熱、消耗功率。填料太松、使水泵中的液體漏損過多，降低效率。

attention to the cooling condition of padding.The padding can not be too tight,

it is ok that the fluid can leak in drops.The temperature will be high if the

padding is too tight which cumes power.If the padding is too loose, the

fluid leaks too much, the efficiency will be lower.

振動(dòng)原因分析

水泵振動(dòng)原因分析導(dǎo)致機(jī)組和泵房建筑物產(chǎn)生振動(dòng)的原因較多，有些因素之間既有聯(lián)系又相互作用，概括起來(lái)主要有以下四個(gè)方面的原因。

電氣方面

潛水泵電機(jī)是機(jī)組的主要設(shè)備，電機(jī)內(nèi)部磁力不平衡和其它電氣系統(tǒng)的失調(diào)，常引起振動(dòng)和噪音。如異步電動(dòng)機(jī)在運(yùn)行中，由定轉(zhuǎn)子齒諧波磁通相互作用而產(chǎn)生的定轉(zhuǎn)子間徑向交變磁拉力，或大型同步電機(jī)在運(yùn)行中，定轉(zhuǎn)子磁力中心不一致或各個(gè)方向上氣隙差超過允許偏差值等，都可能引起電機(jī)周期性振動(dòng)并發(fā)出噪音。Thebeltistootight1、降低轉(zhuǎn)速2、校直3、擰松壓蓋螺栓或?qū)⑻盍先〕龃虮庖恍?、更換軸承5、調(diào)整葉輪端面軸向間隙6、適應(yīng)放松1。
