混流泵

（二）開車前準備：

1、檢查地腳螺栓的堅固情況。

2、檢查傳動皮帶松緊程度及安裝設(shè)備是否安裝妥善。

3、檢查進、出水管是否進氣、漏水。

4、檢查填料松緊是否適宜。

5、檢查電動機和水泵軸心線是否在同一直線上，直聯(lián)時，電動機旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否符合泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向。

6、檢查泵內(nèi)有無障礙，軸是否卡住，用手轉(zhuǎn)動應(yīng)輕無雜音。

II. Preparation Before Starting

1. Check the foundation bolts if they are firm.

2. Check the degree of tightness of drive belt and check the

installation if it is suitable.

3.Check the water–in and outpipes if they are leaking water and air.

4.Check the degeree of tightness of padding if it is suitable.

    5.Check the

motor and pump axile lead if they are in the same line and check the direction

of rotation of motor if it is the same with the rotation direction of pump.

    6.Check the

pump if there are barriers , if the axile locks, there should be no noises when

turing it by hand.

 3、水泵出水量不足

 1、進水管路或葉輪有水草雜物

 2、轉(zhuǎn)速過低

 3、輸水高度過高

 4、泵蓋及葉輪磨損間隙過大

 5、填料進氣

 6、馬力不足

 7、進水管口插入水中深度不夠

 4.The attrition gap between pump cover

 and impeller is too large

 5.The padding is air in

 6.The horsepower is not engough

 7.The depth of inlet pipe under water is

 1、清除水草雜物

 2、調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)

 3、降低輸水高度

 4、用紙墊調(diào)整間隙至正常

 5、壓緊或更換填料

 6、加大馬力

 7、增加插入水中深度至一米左右

 4.Add paper washers to adjust the gaps

 5.Compact or change padding

 6.Increase the horsepower

 7.Make the depth of inlet pipe under

 water to one meter

常用的農(nóng)用泵

離心泵

離心泵型號、品種規(guī)格及其變型產(chǎn)品在農(nóng)用泵中是多的。根據(jù)水流入葉輪的方式、葉輪多少、泵身能否自吸以及配套動力大小和動力品種等，離心泵有單級單吸離心泵、單級雙吸離心泵、多級離心泵、自吸離心泵、電動機泵和柴油機泵等。

2、軸流泵的一般特點

（1）水在軸流泵的流經(jīng)方向是沿葉輪的軸向吸入、軸向流出，因此稱軸流泵。

（2）揚程低（1～13米）、流量大、效益高，適于平原、湖區(qū)、河區(qū)排灌。

（3）起動前不需灌 ，操作簡單。
