脫硝技術(shù)具體可以分為：

燃燒前脫硝：

                                               選擇性非催化還原（SNCR）脫硝技術(shù)

SNCR 方法主要是將含氮的還原劑（尿素、氨水或液氨）噴入到溫度為850～1100℃ 的煙氣中，使其發(fā)生還原反應(yīng)，脫除NOx，生成氮?dú)夂退?。?duì)水性涂料中每公升VOC含量控制在50克以下，溶劑性涂料每公升VOC含量控制在75克以內(nèi)。由于在一定溫度范圍及有氧氣的情況下，含氮還原劑對(duì)NOx的還原具有選擇性，同時(shí)在反應(yīng)中不需要催化劑，因此稱之為選擇性非催化還原。SNCR系統(tǒng)的主要設(shè)備均采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)，主要有還原劑儲(chǔ)存與輸送模塊、稀釋水模塊、混合計(jì)量模塊、噴射模塊組成。

SNCR脫硝噴槍雙流體噴槍的一般應(yīng)用：

噴槍采用快速接頭連接方式，拆卸方便；

采用保護(hù)碳化硅，具有耐高溫，耐磨損等特點(diǎn)，無(wú)需另設(shè)冷卻裝置就可確保噴槍長(zhǎng)期安全運(yùn)行；

噴槍體積小，套管外徑只有36mm，鍋爐脫硝噴槍，可直接安裝于爐壁上。

噴槍采用保護(hù)套管及活動(dòng)法蘭連接?？墒謩?dòng)將伸進(jìn)或者退出爐內(nèi)；

采用金屬保護(hù)套管設(shè)有風(fēng)冷接口，確保高溫環(huán)境下長(zhǎng)期使用；
