軋機前后有對中導衛(wèi)的升降輥道，可保證軋件正確進入軋機。三架軋機的輥系和軸承座同步更換，更換平臺在軋線外側，換輥時間長只用20min。當厚度偏差增大（在板寬方向上厚度不同）導致在材料設計后產(chǎn)品損失中應考慮增加板厚邊緣。傳動側的牌坊，通過液壓方式，由張力螺桿鎖定，操作側的牌坊為“可拉出”式，軋件導衛(wèi)固定在水平軋機的軸承座上。
