混流泵

3、安裝基礎(chǔ)：要求土質(zhì)堅(jiān)實(shí)牢固。

  4、水泵安裝時(shí)，必須保證泵軸的水平位置。

  5、進(jìn)水管末端應(yīng)浸入水平面以下一米左右，但須離開泥底半米左右。

  6、水泵安裝好后，計(jì)算允許吸上高度和揚(yáng)程，在水位穩(wěn)定的條件下，要求為規(guī)定數(shù)量值的0.8~1.2倍范圍，否則水泵不會正常運(yùn)行

keeping the safety but also shortening the water inlet pipe and reduce the

headloss

Installation base:The soil texture should be firm and solid.

During installation, keep the pump axile in horizontal p ition.

 5.The end of

water inlet pipe should be immersed under water in about one meter and far away

from the end of mud in about half meter.

 6.After installing the pump,calculate the

suitable suction height and head.Under the stable water level condition,

S型泵性能范圍流量160～18000立方米/時(shí)，揚(yáng)程12～125米，進(jìn)水口直徑150～1400毫米，轉(zhuǎn)速2950、1450、970、730、585、485、360轉(zhuǎn)/分。

（1）D型泵性能范圍 流量6.3～720立方米/時(shí)，揚(yáng)程16～600米，進(jìn)水口徑：50、75、100、125、150、200毫米，其中50～125毫米泵型為高轉(zhuǎn)速2950轉(zhuǎn)/分，150～200毫米泵型轉(zhuǎn)速為1480轉(zhuǎn)/分。

（2）結(jié)構(gòu)型式 D型多級離心泵為臥式多級（2～12級），葉輪為單吸，泵體為分段式。當(dāng)首級葉輪為雙吸時(shí)，用DS表示，當(dāng)同時(shí)規(guī)定有兩種轉(zhuǎn)速時(shí)，低速用DA表示，用于鍋爐給水的多級離心泵，用DG表示。
