沖壓件是靠壓力機(jī)和模具對(duì)板材、帶材、管材和型材等施加外力，使之產(chǎn)生塑性變形或分離，從而獲得所需形狀和尺寸的工件（沖壓件）的成形加工方法。沖壓和鍛造同屬塑性加工（或稱壓力加工），合稱鍛壓。

槽鋼的鋸削：槽鋼的鋸削與扁鋼一樣，但是要分二次從寬邊面往下鋸，不能在一個(gè)面上往下鋸，應(yīng)盡量做到在長(zhǎng)的鋸縫口上起鋸，因此工件必須多次改變夾持的位置。

手鋸鋸削的注意事項(xiàng)

鋸條的松緊要合適，且鋸割時(shí)壓力不能太大，以防折斷傷人；

當(dāng)鋸縫歪斜時(shí)，不可急于糾正，而需要慢慢地逐步糾正。
