加熱爐的分類:

1.有純加熱爐，如常壓爐、減壓爐等；有加熱爐反應(yīng)爐，如裂解爐、焦化爐等。  

2.按傳熱方式分類：有純對(duì)流式爐、輻射對(duì)流式爐和輻射式爐。

The classification of the heating furnace:

1. there are pure heating furnaces, such as ctant pressure furnace, pressure reducing furnace, and so on; there are reheating furnace reaction furnaces, such as cracking furnace and coking furnace.  

2. classified according to the heat transfer mode: there are pure convection furnace, radiant convective furnace and radiant furnace.

用于加熱小斷面料坯的爐子只有預(yù)熱段和加熱段。

習(xí)慣上還按爐內(nèi)安裝燒嘴的供熱帶劃分爐段，依供熱帶的數(shù)目把爐子稱為一段式、二段式，以至五段式、六段式等。50～60年代，由于軋機(jī)能力加大，而推鋼式爐的長(zhǎng)度受到推鋼長(zhǎng)度的限制不能太長(zhǎng)。

The furnace used for heating small broken fabric billet is only preheating section and heating section.

連續(xù)加熱爐通常使用氣體燃料、重油或粉煤，有的燒塊煤。為了有效地利用廢氣熱量，在煙道內(nèi)安裝預(yù)熱空氣和煤氣的換熱器，或安裝余熱鍋爐。

Continuous heating furnace usually use gas fuel, heavy oil or coal, and some coal burning. In order to effectively utilize exhaust heat, a preheat air and gas heat exchanger is installed in the flue, or a HRSG is installed.

緊迫停爐時(shí)，制止只用外表風(fēng)封閉控制閥，一定要封閉爐前手閥。如遇被加熱介質(zhì)中止，應(yīng)當(dāng)即救活，爐膛通入蒸汽。爐出人員及過(guò)熱蒸汽壓力計(jì)；調(diào)理風(fēng)門及煙道擋板；緊迫放空設(shè)備；防爆門；爐膛及回彎頭箱救活蒸汽線。

When the furnace is shut down, the outer closed valve must be stopped. The hand valve must be closed. If the heating medium is discontinued, it should be saved, and the furnace is connected with steam. Furnace personnel and superheated steam pressure gauge; conditioning air valve and flue baffle; urgent emptying equipment; explosion-proof door; furnace and elbow box to save steam line.
