我們聊聊在機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)中，我們必須掌握的有關(guān)軸轂聯(lián)接的知識(shí)！軸轂聯(lián)接是軸轂與軸相連接的軸上零件，常見齒輪、帶輪等。聯(lián)接使回轉(zhuǎn)零件在軸上定位和固定，以便傳遞運(yùn)動(dòng)和動(dòng)力。

We talk about the mechanical design, we must master the knowledge about the shaft hub connection. Shaft hub connection is the axle hub and shaft connected to the shaft parts, common gear, belt wheel, and so on. The connection enables the rotating parts to be  and fixed on the axis to transmit motion and power.

楔鍵聯(lián)接：鍵的上下兩表面是工作面，鍵的上表面和輪轂鍵槽底面均有1∶100的斜度，裝配后，鍵即楔緊在軸和輪轂的鍵槽里，工作表面產(chǎn)生很大預(yù)緊力。

Wedge key connection: the upper and lower two surfaces of the key are the working faces. The upper surface of the key and the bottom of the hub keyway have 1 to 100 slope. After assembly, the key is wedged tightly in the keyway of the shaft and hub, and the working surface has a large pre tightening force.

一個(gè)切向鍵只能傳遞一個(gè)方向的轉(zhuǎn)矩，傳遞雙向轉(zhuǎn)矩時(shí)，須用互成120°～130°角的兩個(gè)鍵。用于載荷很大，對(duì)中要求不嚴(yán)的場(chǎng)合。由于鍵槽對(duì)軸削弱較大 ，常用于直徑大于100mm的軸上。

A tangent key can only transfer the torque of one direction. When the two-way torque is passed, the two keys of 120 to 130 degrees are required. An occasion for heavy load and no strict requirement. As the keyway is greatly weakened to the axis, it is often used on a shaft with a diameter larger than 100mm.
