（六）軸上的擋水圈可防止水沿泵軸流入軸承體內(nèi)，從而保護(hù)軸承，處長(zhǎng)使用壽命。

（一）安裝原則

  1、安裝高度：視雨季或旱季不同情況具體考慮，要求吸上真空高度不超過(guò)泵的吸程。

  2、安裝位置的選擇:盡可能靠近水源，做到既保證安全、又縮短進(jìn)水管路，減少揚(yáng)程損失。

 

 

（一）試車(chē)：

 水泵在安裝完畢后，必須試車(chē)，其目的：

1、

使各種配合部分運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)協(xié)調(diào)。

2、

檢查和消除安裝中的毛病。

3、

檢查水泵的轉(zhuǎn)向是否符合要求

diversion of pump if it is up to the mustard.

 8、填料處漏水太多

 The padding is

 leaking water too much

 1、填料壓得太松

 2、填料裝置不好

 3、填料大小不一或磨損過(guò)多

 4、填料質(zhì)量差，密封性不好

 5、軸套磨損太多

 1.The padding is pressed too loose

 2.The padding does not assemble well

 3.The padding is not of niform size or it

 wears too much

 4.The padding is with bad quality and

 tightness

 5.

 1、上緊壓蓋到適應(yīng)程度

 2、調(diào)整填料搭口，使之錯(cuò)開(kāi)一定角度而不在一個(gè)方向

 3、更換填料

 4、更換符合要求的石棉填料

 5、更換軸套

 1.Tighten the gland up to suitable degree

 2.Adjust the padding jiont up to some

 angle not in the same direction.

 3.Change the padding

 4.Change the suitable asbestos padding

 5.Change the axle sleeve.

水泵發(fā)熱

原因：軸承損壞；滾動(dòng)軸承或托架蓋間隙過(guò)?。槐幂S彎曲或兩軸不同心；膠帶太緊；Whenstarting,stopthepumpfromsuckingairandrealizethesealingfunction。缺油或油質(zhì)不好；葉輪上的平衡孔堵塞，葉輪失去平衡，增大了向一邊的推力。排除方法：更換軸承；拆除后蓋，在托架與軸承座之間加裝墊片；調(diào)查泵軸或調(diào)整兩軸的同心度；適當(dāng)調(diào)松膠帶緊度；加注干凈的黃油，黃油占軸承內(nèi)空隙的60%左右；清除平衡孔內(nèi)的堵塞物。

劇烈震動(dòng)

主要有以下幾個(gè)原因：電動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子不平衡；聯(lián)軸器結(jié)合不良；軸承磨損彎曲；轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部分的零件松動(dòng)、；管路支架不牢等原因?？煞謩e采取調(diào)整、修理、加固、校直、更換等辦法處理。
