混流泵

（一）   特點(diǎn)：

體積小、重量輕、流量大、，抗汽蝕性能好，區(qū)范圍寬廣而平坦，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，使用方便，維修容易。

 2、校正或更換軸承

 3、進(jìn)行靜平衡試驗和調(diào)整

 4、擰緊

 5、檢查機(jī)組

 6、消除雜物

 7、降低安裝位置減低安裝高度

 8、清除雜物

 3.Do the static balancing test and adjust

機(jī)械方面

電機(jī)和水泵轉(zhuǎn)動部件質(zhì)量不平衡、粗制濫造、安裝質(zhì)量不良、機(jī)組軸線不對稱、擺度超過允許值，零部件的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度和剛度較差、軸承和密封部件磨損破壞，以及水泵臨界轉(zhuǎn)速出現(xiàn)與機(jī)組固有頻率一直引起的共振等，都會產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)烈的振動和噪音。

水力方面

水泵控制閥水泵進(jìn)口流速和壓力分布不均勻，泵進(jìn)出口工作液體的壓力脈動、液體繞流、偏流和脫流，非定額工況以及各種原因引起的水泵汽蝕等，都是常見的引起泵機(jī)組振動的原因。裝有精密加工的泵軸，裝有稀油潤滑的軸承，在填料函蓋中裝有防護(hù)軸套。水泵啟動和停機(jī)、閥門啟閉、工況改變以及事故緊急停機(jī)等動態(tài)過渡過程造成的輸水管道內(nèi)壓力急劇變化和水錘作用等，也常常導(dǎo)致泵房和機(jī)組產(chǎn)生振動
