混流泵

混流泵是一種“拉出”式結(jié)構(gòu)泵，在檢查和拆卸葉輪和軸封時(shí)，毋須將與泵體相連接的管路拆開(kāi)。裝有精密加工的泵軸，裝有稀油潤(rùn)滑的軸承，在填料函蓋中裝有防護(hù)軸套。軸承箱的油位，可由恒位油杯來(lái)控制。

泵體的支腳，可承受來(lái)自管路的任何載荷，并直接傳遞給基礎(chǔ)。這樣，轉(zhuǎn)子不會(huì)因?yàn)楸贸惺鼙檬茌d荷而產(chǎn)生彎曲，從而保證軸承的使用壽命。

由于較大的過(guò)流面積，從而減少阻塞。

泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向，從驅(qū)動(dòng)端看，為順時(shí)針?lè)较颉?

動(dòng)力驅(qū)動(dòng)可采用電動(dòng)機(jī)或內(nèi)燃機(jī)。

泵裝置上可以配備完整的放氣裝置，有利于吸入管路的排氣。

5、泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)注意有無(wú)雜音及泵內(nèi)是否有劇烈的磨擦和撞擊聲，如有就停車檢查。

When the pump is

running, pls pay more attetion on the noise and friction and clashing noise, if

there are strong noise, pls stop the pump to check.

    6、檢查進(jìn)、出水管路有無(wú)進(jìn)氣漏氣現(xiàn)象。

Check the

water-in and out pipes if they are leaking air.

    7、如電機(jī)與水泵為直聯(lián)傳動(dòng)，需檢查電機(jī)與水泵的軸心線是否在同一直線上，以防轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)振動(dòng)。

When the motor and pump are direct

connected drive ,check the motor and pump axile lead if they are in the same

line to avoid vibrating.

 5、水泵有雜音或振動(dòng)

 1、軸中心沒(méi)有對(duì)正

 2、軸彎曲軸承磨損過(guò)大

 3、葉輪平衡性差

 4、地腳螺栓松動(dòng)

 5、裝置不當(dāng)

 6、葉輪局部阻塞

 7、吸水高度太高、發(fā)生汽蝕

 8、泵內(nèi)掉進(jìn)雜物

 2、校正或更換軸承

 3、進(jìn)行靜平衡試驗(yàn)和調(diào)整

 4、擰緊

 5、檢查機(jī)組

 6、消除雜物

 7、降低安裝位置減低安裝高度
