加熱爐的分類:

按爐型結(jié)構(gòu)分類：有箱式爐、立式爐等。  按燃燒形式分類：底燒式爐、側(cè)燒式爐。  按供風(fēng)形式分類：強(qiáng)制供風(fēng)爐、自然供風(fēng) .

Classification of heating furnace:

燃料氣與空氣的流動方式   主要可以歸納為四種，燃料氣噴射到靜止的空氣中；燃料氣和空氣平行流動；燃料氣和空氣流動時(shí)相互之間有一定的夾角；燃料氣和空氣呈旋流運(yùn)動。

連續(xù)加熱爐通常使用氣體燃料、重油或粉煤，有的燒塊煤。為了有效地利用廢氣熱量，在煙道內(nèi)安裝預(yù)熱空氣和煤氣的換熱器，或安裝余熱鍋爐。

Continuous heating furnace usually use gas fuel, heavy oil or coal, and some coal burning. In order to effectively utilize exhaust heat, a preheat air and gas heat exchanger is installed in the flue, or a HRSG is installed.

緊迫停爐時(shí)，制止只用外表風(fēng)封閉控制閥，一定要封閉爐前手閥。如遇被加熱介質(zhì)中止，應(yīng)當(dāng)即救活，爐膛通入蒸汽。爐出人員及過熱蒸汽壓力計(jì)；調(diào)理風(fēng)門及煙道擋板；緊迫放空設(shè)備；防爆門；爐膛及回彎頭箱救活蒸汽線。

When the furnace is shut down, the outer closed valve must be stopped. The hand valve must be closed. If the heating medium is discontinued, it should be saved, and the furnace is connected with steam. Furnace personnel and superheated steam pressure gauge; conditioning air valve and flue baffle; urgent emptying equipment; explosion-proof door; furnace and elbow box to save steam line.
