軋機前后有對中導(dǎo)衛(wèi)的升降輥道，可保證軋件正確進入軋機。三架軋機的輥系和軸承座同步更換，更換平臺在軋線外側(cè)，換輥時間長只用20min。比如二輥軋機，其的主要特點就是結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、用途廣泛，也包括可逆式和不可逆式兩種。傳動側(cè)的牌坊，通過液壓方式，由張力螺桿鎖定，操作側(cè)的牌坊為“可拉出”式，軋件導(dǎo)衛(wèi)固定在水平軋機的軸承座上。
