沖壓件是靠壓力機(jī)和模具對(duì)板材、帶材、管材和型材等施加外力，使之產(chǎn)生塑性變形或分離，從而獲得所需形狀和尺寸的工件（沖壓件）的成形加工方法。沖壓和鍛造同屬塑性加工（或稱壓力加工），合稱鍛壓。

薄板：鋸削時(shí)盡可能從寬面鋸下去，若必須從窄面鋸下時(shí)，可用兩塊木墊夾持，連木塊一起鋸下，也可把薄板直接夾在虎鉗上，用手鋸作橫向斜推鋸，使鋸齒與薄板料接觸的齒數(shù)增加，避免鋸齒崩裂。
