Allowable diameter
The input shaft of the reducer and the output shaft of the motor are generally connected by a sleeve that can be changed by a thickness. The input shaft hole of the reducer is the maximum when the ring is not added.
允許輸入法蘭:
不能大于或小于臨級減速機的標準尺寸,如減速機PLE80?的標準法蘭為80mm,其臨級的減速級是PLE60?和PLE120,PLE80?允許法蘭不應小于60mm,也不能大于120mm。
Allow input flange
It can't be greater than or less than the standard of the reducer. The maximum allowable flange should not be less than 60mm, nor greater than 120mm.
減速機內部齒輪的齒距和壓力角 小齒距能保證有較多的輪齒同時接觸,齒輪重疊增多,減少單個齒輪撓曲,降低傳動噪聲,提高傳動精度。較小的壓力角由于齒輪接觸角和橫六角空心磚模具向重疊比都比較大,因此運轉噪聲小、精度高。
