型面聯(lián)接：是利用非圓剖面的軸與相應(yīng)形狀的零件的轂孔配合而構(gòu)成的聯(lián)接，作為機械傳動中的聯(lián)接方式，型面聯(lián)接相對于傳統(tǒng)的鍵聯(lián)接相比，具有聯(lián)接強度高，沒有應(yīng)力集中，可以傳遞大扭矩且的同時也可以承受沖擊載荷，并且對于一些大型機械裝備來講其拆裝方便及維修便利。

螺旋副的間隙大，旋轉(zhuǎn)時費力，使用中穩(wěn)定性差。機用虎鉗開合行程大，螺旋副的運行長度較長，為保證能夠快速裝夾，（金屬加工真不錯）機用虎鉗螺旋副的螺距較大。較大的螺距意味著較大的螺旋升角，轉(zhuǎn)動單圈進給量較大，使用時較費力；較大的螺距需要更大的配合間隙來確保螺旋副的正常使用。
