硬質(zhì)合金輥環(huán)廣泛應(yīng)用于高速線材軋機(jī)的精軋機(jī)架，以及部分高速線材軋機(jī)的預(yù)精軋機(jī)架和棒材軋機(jī)的精軋機(jī)架。硬質(zhì)合金軋輥的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是硬度高、耐磨性好，單槽軋鋼量可以達(dá)到高速鋼軋輥的兩倍。
