軋機前后有對中導衛(wèi)的升降輥道，可保證軋件正確進入軋機。三架軋機的輥系和軸承座同步更換，更換平臺在軋線外側，換輥時間長只用20min。傳動側的牌坊，通過液壓方式，由張力螺桿鎖定，操作側的牌坊為“可拉出”式，軋件導衛(wèi)固定在水平軋機的軸承座上。Rollmillisthemostwidelyusedinthreetypes。

在軋機設置了上軋輥動態(tài)軸向調(diào)整。軋機調(diào)零后，可以測量和存儲上探頭到上輥軸及下探頭到下輥軸的距離。軋制過程中立輥如失去平衡而引起上輥或下輥的竄動，上輥會與下輥同步調(diào)整，從而保證上、下腹板對中并控制腹板和翼緣的尺寸。

There is a dynamic axial adjustment of the upper roll on the universal rolling mill. 四棍軋機的工作輥直徑較小，傳遞軋制力矩，軋延壓力由直徑較大的支承輥承受。這類設備的主要優(yōu)點是相對剛度較大，壓下量大、軋延力小，可軋制較薄的板材，也包括有可逆和連軋兩種。
