焊接時(shí)堆焊成敗的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)，要獲得理想的堆焊層必須綜合考慮某些可變因素，如：焊接電壓、焊接速度、軋輥轉(zhuǎn)速、軋輥的保溫、焊接電流、焊接材料等，對(duì)一些含碳及合金元素高的輥芯，為防止脆性區(qū)的裂紋，除一定的預(yù)熱措施外，多采用低碳低合金過(guò)渡層進(jìn)行預(yù)先堆焊過(guò)渡層。實(shí)踐表明，帶雙鍍槽的軸頭在使用過(guò)程中，鑲槽壁容易崩裂，目前常用易加工的帶平臺(tái)的袖頭代替雙因槽的抽頭。
