混流泵

（一）   用途：

HW型混流泵為臥式、單級、單吸、懸臂蝸殼式混流泵，適用于農(nóng)田排灌、工業(yè)、城鎮(zhèn)給排水及船塢、碼頭引水等。

Mixed-flow pump is a horizontal type, single stage, single suction and

cantilever spiral mixed flow pump, which is used for farmland irrigation and drainage,

industry, town water supply and drainage and water diversion of docks.

5、泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)注意有無雜音及泵內(nèi)是否有劇烈的磨擦和撞擊聲，如有就停車檢查。

When the pump is

running, pls pay more attetion on the noise and friction and clashing noise, if

there are strong noise, pls stop the pump to check.

    6、檢查進(jìn)、出水管路有無進(jìn)氣漏氣現(xiàn)象。

Check the

water-in and out pipes if they are leaking air.

    7、如電機(jī)與水泵為直聯(lián)傳動，需檢查電機(jī)與水泵的軸心線是否在同一直線上，以防轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)振動。

When the motor and pump are direct

connected drive ,check the motor and pump axile lead if they are in the same

line to avoid vibrating.

4、葉輪表面的氣蝕。由于葉片背水面運(yùn)行時(shí)產(chǎn)生負(fù)壓，當(dāng)壓力Pk<Pva時(shí)，產(chǎn)生汽穴和蜂窩表面后，在電化學(xué)腐蝕作用下，使泵葉汽蝕。

5、容積損失和機(jī)械損失。由于泵使用時(shí)間長，機(jī)械磨損產(chǎn)生漏失和阻力增大，使容積效率和機(jī)械效率降低。

以上原因，使水泵性能變差。運(yùn)行效率降低2～5%，嚴(yán)重的可以使水泵效率降低10%以上。
