降低減速機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)的齒輪傳動噪聲已成為行業(yè)內(nèi)的重要研究課題，國內(nèi)外不少學(xué)者都把齒輪傳動中輪齒嚙合剛度的變化看成是齒輪動載、振動和噪聲的主要因素。用修形的方法，使其動載荷及速度波動減至小，以達(dá)到降低噪聲的目的。這種方法在實(shí)踐中證明是一種較有效的方法。減速機(jī)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)諸多領(lǐng)域的機(jī)械傳動裝置，行業(yè)涉及的產(chǎn)品類別包括了各類齒輪減速機(jī)、行星齒輪減速機(jī)及蝸桿減速機(jī)，也包括了各種專用傳動裝置，如增速裝置、調(diào)速裝置、以及包括柔性傳動裝置在內(nèi)的各類復(fù)合傳動裝置等。

Reducing the gear transmission noise of the reducer has become  research topic in the industry. Many scholars both at home and abroad regard the change of gear tooth meshing stiffness as the main factor of gear dynamic load, vibration and noise. The method of modification is used to minimize the dynamic load and speed fluctuation in order to reduce noise. This method is proved to be a more effective method in practice.
